It's a passion of mine and I think about how to reconstruct old houses all the time. Please shoot me an email at crumptonkatie@gmail.com.

Thanks! However, this is a special project and I have some outside interest that has asked me to hold off on the next phase (which is interior demo.) So...stand by.Blood Sweat and Pig's Earshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07729431073244171642noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5112343368463090930.post-18693028987507941472013-12-06T21:40:41.439-05:002013-12-06T21:40:41.439-05:00wow that is amazing (that he paid 25,000 for a LAT...wow that is amazing (that he paid 25,000 for a LATHE) - if I was his wife I would have cried. no - I would have told him he was crazy and that was too much for a lathe. lol

Your advice on contractors is perfect. I wish I had gotten to choose from many quotes, but instead I ended up fishing for the contractor that actually *wanted* to do this job for me. lol Someday I plan to use your advice...maybe on the next project. how is the farmhouse coming along??Katyhttp://www.momandherdrill.comnoreply@blogger.com
